Create the most significant long distance running and walking relay in the world, utilizing the event as a platform to create social reconnection, environmental awareness and implement goal based solutions to increase sustained physical fitness amongst an inclusive and multicultural community in the United States and abroad.
ADVANCEMENT & GROWTH: The Hood To Coast/Portland To Coast Relays (HTC/PTC) has been growing for the last three years internationally and domestically and seeks to continue its growth. As we grow, our TEAM members can grow into new roles with expanded responsibilities and earnings as we promote from within whenever possible.

ANNUAL PERFORMANCE & RESULTS REVIEW: Having goals and knowing where you stand at work is important to all of us. HTC/PTC/Race Series reviews each team member’s work performance and results quarterly. We also work with our team members to establish new work, educational and advancement goals and believe that planning for success is an important component to exceeding goals.
