ADVANCEMENT & GROWTH: The Hood To Coast/Portland To Coast Relays (HTC/PTC) has been growing for the last three years internationally and domestically and seeks to continue its growth. As we grow, our TEAM members can grow into new roles with expanded responsibilities and earnings as we promote from within whenever possible.

AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: HTC/PTC does not discriminate in any manner and is truly an equal opportunity employer. Everyone is accepted and embraced based on the work results they produce and never on things such as one’s race, religion, sex or a disability. Our diversity makes us special and always will!

ANNUAL PERFORMANCE & RESULTS REVIEW: Having goals and knowing where you stand at work is important to all of us. HTC/PTC/Race Series reviews each team member’s work performance and results quarterly. We also work with our team members to establish new work, educational and advancement goals and believe that planning for success is an important component to exceeding goals.

PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL WORK ENVIRONMENT: where you work is important when you consider the amount of time you spend at work every day. From a pleasant, organized office to happy, productive people, we offer our team a professional, respectful working environment that allows everyone to work towards their goals and dreams.

COMPETITIVE SALARY COMPENSATION: HTC/PTC pays its team members a competitive salary above industry standards, and compensation is based on a person’s experience, education, role and work results. HTC/PTC Race Series profit sharing is an additional perk for employees in our company.

DISABILITY INCOME BENEFIT: HTC/PTC provides its employees with disability income insurance with one of the leading insurers in the U.S.

EDUCATION: Employee education is encouraged throughout our organization. HTC/PTC supports the ongoing education of team members. Education is provided by internet and computer based learning, as well as off-site seminars and classes.

401K RETIREMENT PLAN: Helping our team plan and save for the future is important to us and for this reason HTC/PTC provides its employees with a comprehensive 401k Plan from America’s largest retirement administrator. Our plan provides matching contributions by HTC/PTC to member employee accounts and a broad range of investment options.

MEDICAL INSURANCE BENEFITS: HTC/PTC is an inclusive organization which sponsors a comprehensive benefits program for all eligible employees, with the opportunity for opposite and same sex spouses/partners to join.

TIME OFF/FLEX TIME/PAID TIME OFF: HTC/PTC has a generous approach to vacation, personal and sick time. As a family business, we pride ourselves on flexibility and meeting the needs of our team members, concerning their work schedules and family. In working with management, HTC/PTC staff have the capability to work off hours, have a compressed week, or telecommute when possible.
